I have been using the Abeo orthotics for about 15 years. Without these, I would not be able to walk without discomfort, or run my 4 miles a day at 65 years old.
I have used these for a number of years. I put them in running shoes, trail runners, tennis shoes, and hiking boots. They completely eliminated my ankle pain. Before using these, i had custom orthotics made by a podiatrist. While those were pretty good, the max performance orthotics has been even more effective.
I screen several pairs of shoes before I find the most comfortable pair. But sometimes even these put pressure on my big toe, or the ball of my foot. But if I have room to replace the insert with this orthotic, the problem is solved.
