I am an insert snob with plantar fasciitis. I have expensive custom that I wear in my athletic shoes. But for all other shoes I use these. They fit into my slip on leather and canvas shoes. I am very pleased. Not all orthotics here are equal. You have to see what works for you. These are perfect. I did send back the short dress orthotic pair, as they didn’t do anything. Give these a try!
